I have been waiting for nearly a year for Doktor A, a talented artist and toy customizer, from the UK to produce my commission. Not only did I got my Headgear mad*l from him, I were fortunate enough to score his Rapture mad*l from an auction and received his Stitches mad*l as a gift.
Really love Doktor A's works. His customs are the gems of my mad*l collection.

Hiya Birdie.
I commissioned Doktor A in 2006 and received the toy in 2007. So honestly I cannot remember the commission price I paid him. You can try emailing Dok for a commission but the last I heard he might not be doing any more custom commissions since he is concentrating on his art and gallery shows.

Yeah, after googling him, I found his site and his blog stating that he doesnt do them anymore.
Shame, I would have loved to own one :)
